The Agility Trap
Navigating Constant Change Without Losing Focus
Modern work is defined by constant change. New technology, shifting expectations about work, and increasing pressure to move faster have become the norm.
Professionals are often told they must become more agile. Agility is often interpreted as speed, constant reinvention, or doing more.
In this talk, Stephanie Sindt explores why the pressure to constantly move faster often leads to busyness rather than meaningful progress. The session introduces the concept of The Agility Trap and a framework for staying oriented when priorities and expectations continue to shift.
Drawing from her background in counseling psychology and more than a decade of experience working with professionals across industries, Stephanie explores how clarity about what matters most helps individuals navigate change with greater focus and intention.
